The Chicago stria OK Go combined off-kilter guitars, Pixies/Cars fetishism, and straightforward power drink down sensibilities to develop case, catchy songs. Consisting of vocalist/guitarist Damian Kulash, guitar player Andrew Duncan, bassist Tim Nordwind, and drummer Dan Konopka, OK Go formed in the fall of 1998. Prior to Kulash moving to Chicago from Washington, D.C., the other leash members of OK Go had been members of the Chicago stria Stanley's Joyful Noise. After precisely a few months, OK Go garnered considerable media attention in Chicago without having recorded a single full-length record album, their winner attributed partly to an riotous live demonstrate and opening floater for heavyweights like Elliott Smith and the Promise Ring. They released two three-song CD singles to tide fans o'er until a full-length could be recorded, and as well served as the sort of house band for a touring adaptation of the NPR show This American Life. OK Go finally sign with Capitol and issued an eponymic debut in September 2002, marking the modern rock music wireless strike "Catch Over It." When the jazz band returned in August 2005 with Oh No, it was without guitarist Duncan, who'd left subsequently roger Huntington Sessions for the record album had terminated. His replacement was Andy Ross. Ingenious creativity helped the guys promote their second record album by making a yoke of low-budget music videos that became hits thanks to their unproblematic yet memorable premises. The tV for "A Million Ways" featured the guys screening off their high hat synchronised dance moves in the backyard, spawning infinite fan tributes on-line, spell the democratic "Hither It Goes Again" included nil simply OK Go boogying down to the song on multiple treadmills.

The flashily dressed Swedish quintette Beseech delves in what they like to call

"symphonic tyke metal" -- a mix of fate, death, and, good, symphonic and gothic elements which, if it doesn't constantly makes sense, rarely fails to surprise. Jorgen Sjoberg (vocals), Robert Spanglund (trail guitar), Klas Bohlin (musical rhythm guitar), Andreas Wiik (basso), and Morgan Gredaker (drums) aren't afraid to utilize unexpected instruments such as violins and flutes to enhance their unequaled dash, which they began development in 1992. Over the line of six-spot age and trey progressively confident demos, the grouping amply embraced their unorthodox aural mélange and highfaluting lyrical schemes (and Baroque leg dress) in front sign language with Metal Blade and releasing 1998's From a Bleeding Heart. The album received more often than not positive reviews and besides featured keyboard player Mikael Andersson and his married woman, soprano Anna Andersson. Her replacement, Lotta Hogin, performed with the band on their second album, 2000's Bootleg Emotions (released by Pavement Music), and longtime frontman Sjoberg was replaced by Erik Molarin for 2002's Souls Highway.
